Let's talk about practice tomorrow. As you know, tomorrow is a big meet. We have set our sights on humbling Devon. Because of this, we are going to have one practice tomorrow from 9-10:30. IT IS OPTIONAL. Please only attend if you need help with starts and turns. It's going to be dangerously hot and we want you well-rested. Don't wear yourself out in the heat.
